Option 1: full conference registration including workshops
Full registration includes one ticket for the opening reception, one ticket for the dinner banquet, and access to all workshops and technical sessions.

Option 3: workshop-only / demo-only registration
Workshop registration includes access to the workshops on October 16th, and one ticket for the opening reception. Demo-session registration includes access to the conference on the day of the demonstrations (TBA).

Additional Banquet Tickets
An additional banquet ticket can be purchased at the cost of 80 USD. This option can be selected in the online registration form.
For paper authors
Each accepted paper must have one of its authors registered to the conference before the camera ready deadline. A single registration can count for a maximum of two accepted papers. The conference organizers reserve the right of removing a paper from the proceedings if no author is officially registered by the camera ready deadline.
Cancellation Policy
- For cancellations received by August 16, 2018, 100% of the registration fee will be refunded. An administration fee of 25 USD will be retained.
- For cancellations received between August 16, 2018 and September 15, 2018, 50% of the registration fee will be reimbursed.
- For cancellations after September 15, 2018 or no shows, no refunds will be available.
All refunds will be issued after the conference. Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to the EDOC 2018 (robertl@kth.se).
